Excellent find!

This paragraph stood out to me:

Feel-good gun-control measures, which only deprive law-abiding citizens of their right to self-defense, are futile, because nihilistic killers, by definition, will NEVER obey any laws, including gun laws. They’ll find other means — bombs, poison, knives, automobiles, airplanes, or simple arson — to slaughter others.

Right now, the logic fallacy of appeal to pity is running wild. We should hope that our elected public servants don’t fall victim to that particular logic fallacy.

Sorry friend but voting won’t get us out of this trouble. Just look at Cyprus. Even when the politicians refused to vote in favor of looting private bank accounts, the game rules were changed so that no new “taxes” were required and banks got looted just the same. Pelosies, Reids, and Obamas are no longer elected officials. They are the new ruling class and they don’t need your stinkin’ votes to intimidate and rob you. You have a choice: to be a slave or not a slave.

It’s fitting that this choice is to be made over Passover.
